Description: easy and comfortable ride on gravel and asphalt with little traffic around Castejon de Sos.

Start by the  PR to Run village, by  the chapel of San Antonio and the Molla wetlands??. After crossing the picturesque village of Run you will reach the impressive Fountain of the Seven Spouts. Fed by the aquifer of the Sierra de Chía the flow decreases significantly during the driest months of the year. A short walk will take you  to the Grace Chapel, which provides a  small but wonderful display of XI century Lombard Romanesque architecture under the impressive Suns ´s Rockhe n. The way back to Castejon de Sos is by the same route.

From Castejon de Sos  you’´ll  get to see an ancient oak tree on the path of Arasán. From there,  you can return to the path and will soon reach the LlebaPrau Ral  landing area where you may be lucky enough to spot some paragliders landing.  An easy path marked by ash trees will take you to the paragliding training hill, which is where learners begin learning this exciting sport. Next to it are the airfield hangars. From here, you can sometimes see microlight aircraft taking off to  fly over the Valley. The track runs between the runway and the Ésera river and a narrow path will lead you back to Castejon de Sos
